Founded by Yannely Ayala. A Xicana hairstylist from Portland, Oregon. Viva Maria was born out of the longing for belonging in a industry that often excludes those from underserved communities. 10 years of hair styling, Yannely was left with a strong desire to develop hair products that are clean, sustainable, truly inclusive, and unapologetic.
